The blanket is a generous cot size, and can be tucked in easily in a cot. It can also be folded in half if you wish to use it earlier in a bassinet.
My son is now in a single bed, but I still use the cot blanket as an extra layer on top of his duvet. It is especially handy to pop over him on nights where he kicks off and then rolls on top of the duvet!
The cotton is an easy care option, and can be popped into a machine wash, on a delicate cycle. It can also be tumble dried (separately) on a short cycle at a low temperature.
